Dr. Alex Kodiath has authentic insight into dealing with the "aging" human being. He has been there!!! His approach to the subject matter is nothing like I have ever read before. His early influence as a child growing up in India, surely has influenced his compassion for, respect, and mission with integrity; in working alongside the elderly. I am touched by the manner in which he deploys his "doctoral" intelligence and practical "hands on" experience, by the style he chose to write his book. This is a MUST READ for those studying in the field, practitioners, leaders of all kinds, and ANYONE who desires a new prospective of hope and love!
